Vinho Regional Península de Setúbal Red Wine

The “LOBO CELLAR” is a wine made only with Portuguese autochthonous grape varieties.

Technical data: Grapes picked in dry conditions, usually at night and dawn.

Vinification: Total separation from stalks and crushing, followed by fermentation in traditional “Cuba-presses” with long macerations and controlled temperature. Then, the wine is matured for 3-4 months in stone recipient in an old cellar.

Alcohol content at 20ºC: 13% by vol.

Vines: Castelão, Aragonês and Trincadeira

Tasting Notes

A wine of great concentration, with an intense and deep red color, violet shades and a red berry flavor. It should be drunk at a temperature of 16-17ºC preferably with meat, game dishes or strong flavored cheese.
