TASTING NOTES

The color is straw yellow. The fine bubbles form a persistent and discrete foam. The very expressive nose is of great power, it exudes aromas of red fruits, brioche and vanilla. In the palate, the absence of malolactic fermentation is fully justified on this cuvée which leaves us to discover a great freshness. It is a wine of great complexity from where following spicy notes, candied fruits, honey, truffle, and with an ample and persistent finish, brioche. A golden dress, fine bubbles, an expressive nose of brioche and vanilla notes, a mouth of great freshness with aromas of candied fruits and honey. Ernest Combe Grand Cru is like the Art Deco style.
